Sometimes, things happen and you need to cancel your DJ services.
If that happens with your event, you should keep in mind the following cancellation policies:
- Early cancellation (more than 90 days out from the event): you may only need to forfeit your initial deposit. Depending on the situation, we may offer a partial refund of any other payments made.
- Mid-range cancellation (between 30-90 days before the event): you will likely forfeit the initial deposit and owe a portion of the remaining balance. This depends on the contract and allows our DJ to book another event on such short notice.
- Late cancellation (less than 30 days before the event): you will usually be responsible for paying the full contracted amount. This is because our DJ will be unlikely to find another booking and has already dedicated time to planning the event in detail.
The specifics will depend on your contract and situation, so please reach out to our event DJ as soon as you know you need to cancel.
